Joe and his team were the best. They replaced two roofs for us, one was due to years of wear and tear and the other due to hail damage within a year of each other. He handled most of the communication with our insurance company and after a gnarly hail storm he had our roof fixed within weeks. His team was professional, very hard working and tidy. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a claim in my entire life of filing insurance claims. And let’s just say I’ve had my fair share over the years. To say I barely lifted a finger was an understatement and before I even knew what was happening the roof was completed in perfect fashion. All of the gutter and siding work was immaculate as well. I think it’s worth nothing that I had to get this hail damage fixed in time to close the sale on the home itself, and keeping in line with a tight schedule was my initial concern. Once I saw the results I realized I was working with professionals and there was no cause for concern.
